Green Eggs and Sam

It seems like all of these movies I watch are the same. The main character pours their heart out to another character, causing them to somehow fall in love. They say something deep to a person they have just met and all of a sudden there is an instant connection. I’m almost getting sick of it. I think that’s one reason why I like 500 Days Of Summer so much. Because it’s not a love story, but more of a truth about love. All of these other things are lies. I feel like if a person in real life were to say some of these ‘deep’ things to another person, they would just get a look and be deemed weird. I suppose this is a rant of some sort and you don’t have to agree, I am just expressing my thoughts. Basically this: “It’s these cards, and the movies and the pop songs, they’re to blame for all the lies and the heartache, everything. We’re responsible. I’M responsible. I think we do a bad thing here. People should be able to say how they feel, how they really feel, not ya know, some words that some stranger put in their mouth. Words like love, that don’t mean anything.”

i feel really pressured to buy my friends christmas presents, because they are buying nice things for me. i have next to no money, and i don’t want to knit them scarves because i always do that. i have no idea what to do.

Same. Except for the scarf thing because I didn’t know how to knit last year. But not only do I not have any money, I never have any idea what to get them. You guys should have a party where you do a secret santa. That way, you only have to buy a present for one person. I think that’s what my friends and I are doing this year.

that’s a very good idea! but, my friend kelsey already got my present. also, all of my friends have different tastes than me, so i can’t really get them something i would like… and i don’t want to get my best friends gift cards. oh gosh.

Yes ma’am! For my birthday, my friends gave me a piece of paper with men with pink beards on it. I very much enjoyed it.
